Thousands gathered at the Missouri State Capitol to defend human life and pray to end abortion at the annual MidWest March for Life on Thursday, April 30.
Speakers reminded the marchers about the importance not only of voting pro-life, including voting yes on Amendment 3, but also of having important conversations with those around them.
Bishop James Johnston of Kansas City-St. Joseph presided and preached the homily at the Closing Mass in the Proto-Cathedral of St. Peter. He urged everyone to defend the inviolable sanctity of human life, including the unborn, at the ballot box. Click here to listen to the homily.
