March for Life 2026 is Today!

January 30, 2026

Thousands of people are converging on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., today for “the largest annual human rights demonstration in the world.” The 2026 March for Life theme is “Life Is a Gift,” which emphasizes the “unshakeable conviction that life is very good and worthy of protection, no matter the circumstances.”

The day offers numerous opportunities to celebrate life, including a pre-rally concert, a pro-life rally featuring several special guests, and a march from the National Mall to the Supreme Court building. Speakers include a number of pro-life advocates who will share testimonials and encouragement ahead of the march.

Yesterday, Pope Leo XIV published a message encouraging participants to “continue striving to ensure that life is respected in all of its stages through appropriate efforts at every level of society, including dialogue with civil and political leaders.” The pontiff added that Jesus would join those marching and that such advocacy is “fulfilling the Lord’s command to serve him in the least of our brothers and sisters.”

EWTN will provide live coverage of the event.
