June 1st marked the 10th Anniversary of the Episcopal Installation of Most Reverend Edward M. Rice as the 7th Bishop of the Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau.
Bishop Rice, thank you for your faithful leadership, joyful witness, and devoted service to the people of southern Missouri throughout these past 10 years. We are truly grateful for all you do for the Church of Southern Missouri, and we pray that God continues to bless you and sustain you in your episcopal ministry, as the diocese joyfully anticipates its 70th anniversary in August of this year.
The Diocese has created a digital “Happy 10th Anniversary” card for Bishop Rice and is asking everyone to add their signature and well-wishes during the month of June.
