Last week, thousands of people joined in the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage through Missouri as part of the Eucharistic Revival that will converge in Indianapolis on July 17. The U.S. Catholic Bishops called for the three-year Eucharistic Revival to renew understanding and belief in and increased reverence for Christ fully present in the Eucharist. Scheduled throughout the week were Masses, processions, shared meals, a service project to help refugee families, confession, and all-night prayer vigils before the Most Blessed Sacrament.
