Vermont Diocese Challenges Exclusion of Catholic Students from State Dual Enrollment Program

The Diocese of Burlington, Vermont, along with several Catholic school students, is challenging a state law that excludes Catholic school students from a dual-enrollment program that allows public and other private high school students to obtain college credits with state funding.
