Gavel

St. Louis Circuit Court judge Michael Stelzer ordered this week that Planned Parenthood's license to operate its clinic on Forest Park Ave remain in effect for the time being.  He has given the Missouri Department of Health until Friday, June 21st to make a decision as to whether Planned Parenthood's application to renew its license will be approved or denied. At that point, Planned Parenthood can either continue operating if the license is renewed, or seek review of the denial of the license before the Administrative Hearing Commission.
