Planned Parenthood this week announced its plan to spend a record $50 million on the midterm elections in November. The nation’s largest abortion provider is expected to focus on states looking to ban or expand abortion rights after the landmark Dobbs decision which overturned Roe v. Wade. The effort will initially target nine states – Georgia, Nevada, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Arizona, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Michigan, and Wisconsin – with a goal of contacting six million voters.

We also encourage those interested in learning more about the history of abortion law and what the future holds for the pro-life movement to check out our latest MCC from the Capitol podcast with Professor Carter Snead.
