Looking Ahead to the 2020 Legislative Session

It may feel like the 2019 Missouri legislative session just ended, but legislators are already thinking about proposed bills for the 2020 session. This Missouri Net article highlights several failed bills of the 2019 session that might be back in January, including a bill that would enact a Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP), which the MCC has supported in the past. As always, the MCC will keep you updated on important pieces of legislation throughout the year.
