HB 126 Moving Through the Senate

This week, HB 126, sponsored by Rep. Nick Schroer (R-O'Fallon), continued its progress through the Senate. The omnibus abortion bill, also known as the "Missouri Stands for the Unborn Act", was heard and passed out of the Senate Fiscal Oversight Committee by a vote of 5 - 1. It now goes to the full Senate. Please stay tuned as we will send an Action Alert on HB 126 in the coming weeks.
