Grandparents Day Celebrated Sunday

Each year, Grandparents Day is celebrated on the first Sunday after Labor Day. While this day is recognized in the United States, Pope Francis has also established a Church-wide annual World Day for Grandparents and Elderly, which is celebrated on the fourth Sunday of July. That day is to emphasize how grandparents are a gift both to society and the Church. Be sure to celebrate the grandparents in your life!
