Church to Celebrate World Day of Prayer for Consecrated Life

On February 2, 2021, the Church will hold its annual celebration of the World Day of Prayer for Consecrated Life. It is an opportunity for parishes and individuals to pray for men and women discerning a vocation to consecrated life in the Church. The following report from the Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate (CARA) at Georgetown University provides information about the family and educational background of a number of religious men and women that entered the consecrated life in 2020. Do you know someone who might be called to this life?
